Enterprise software is allowed to feel good now

The bar for internal tools used to be that it works. That era is over, and your employees noticed.

For two decades the deal with enterprise software was simple: it would be powerful and it would be miserable, and you would use it anyway because you had no choice. Consumer products quietly broke that deal.

People now arrive at work having used software that respects their attention, and they notice when the tool in front of them does not. Friction in an internal product is not neutral — it is a tax you pay on every task, every day, across thousands of people.

Design is leverage, not decoration

Good enterprise design is not decoration. It is the difference between a system people route around and one they reach for. We design internal tools with the same care a consumer team gives its onboarding, because the stakes are higher, not lower.

The payoff shows up everywhere that matters: faster adoption, fewer support tickets, less shadow IT, and a workforce that trusts the systems it is asked to run on.
